Bryan Jeffrey, the founder and owner of MOAT: Mental Health Services is proud to release the first of a suite of online modular training packages. Occupational Violence & Aggression.
The logistical difficulties for organisations releasing staff to attend face-to-face training sessions has led to a reduction in attendance rates in some sectors. Hopefully this online modular format will allow more staff members the opportunity to gain the knowledge that they need to fulfil their roles in a range of sectors.
To compliment the extremely popular OVA training that we have been developing and delivering since 2008, and to make it more accessible to more staff and organisations - we have decided to make it available as an online modular session.
The content is very similar to that provided in the face-to-face sessions, but obviously without some of the interactive elements that the face-to-face model provides.
One of the major advantages of this format is that staff can access the content at a time, place, and pace that best suits their busy schedules.
Contents of the training package:
Volume discounts are available for organisations looking to provide this training for their staff and volunteers.
